I hired this company to pack and move 5 pieces furniture and 2 Italian ceramic bases from one apartment building to another one. Due to the negligency of the movers in packing the Italian ceramic bases, one of them the biggest one broke. I filled the complaint with the owner and he asked me to submit a report so he can claim his insurance. After one month of excuses, I have not received my money yet and the owner does not return my phone calls
